Hello,
Lots of rest from intercourses and masturbation are required for strained penis ligaments. Also take the anti inflammatory drugs. But if the symptoms persist then you may need surgical approach of minimally invasive surgical approach.

I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.

Hello,
For pain in penis due to strain, apply warm compresses and give rest to penis by avoiding masturbation and intercourse for a few days. Also take some anti inflammatory pain killers which will help in reducing inflammation also.

In future indulge in plenty of foreplay or use a water based lubricant before intercourse.
I sincerely hope that helps. Please do keep me posted. Kind regards.
