Sore/irritated penis

I have been going thru this for a few years now,,,,basically,,, i have been tested several times for STDs and other infection type problems that are penis related,,,,my main complaint is im getting a soreness/irritation (cant tell anymore) right below my penis head on the right side,,,but heres the crazy thing,, one day it will be on the right side,, the next day it can hurt on the left side.  its always on my mind so that doesnt help,,i think i might have narrowed it down to either the laundry detergent or possibly when i am sleeping and have an erection i am causing it to occur on my own.  The fact that this has been going on for a few years and about 8 doctors saying its not an std,, has me believing its not,, but there is something going on and i m just hoping for some advice.. thank you

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
This soreness can be due to chafing of the penis head or due to phimosis which is a constriction of the opening of the foreskin so that it cannot be drawn back over the tip of the penis. It can also be due to painful erection which is common in priapism. I suggest you to get it evaluated from a urologist and get it evaluated.

I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
