My 3 yr old baby has one of these two problems. When he is relaxed or sleep, we can very easily palpated his testi, however when he is awake very rarely we can feel it,one testi is always present, . His urologist has recommended surgery, but I am wondering whether we should proceed with the surgery or wait a littleLittle noses decongestant Little tummys bit more. I have read that if it is a retractile testi which I believe my son has, it is a normalNormal saline flush testi and nothig should be done. Also I have read that with time the testi might descend completely, usually by pubertyPuberty and adolescence. I am hesitant to proceed with the surgery because the fact that it might fix it self.
