No erections unless stimulation sometimes/Prostatis cause importence?
I am a 20 year old male in great shape and always have done masterbation. 3 weeks ago I was doing this and I almost got the semen out but stopped right before and the semen stayed in I just stopped basically before came out. So I started getting the urge to pee constantly all day and urine flow was slow and took forever to start and always still had to when empty. Next morning same thing so I masterbated and got the semen out in the shower and the same issue was occuring but as time passed I noticed I wasn't getting erections anymore if would think sexual or even try to watch a porno. I went to a doctor told him the same and checked my prostate said had prostatis. Can this occur when have it? Also I have a pain in the urethra when squeeze the penis without using my hands feels like a nagging pain in the lower part of the penis.
Thank you very much I am going back to the doctor this coming Tuesday it helped a little but when got an erection and lasted a while the peeing issues occured again and still doesn't feel the same when masterbate as did when didn't have problems, but haven't masterbated just stimulated it to see how the feeling felt not ever doing it until it is back to normal. I hope don't have any other problem and hopefully another few weeks on anitibiotics will clear it for good so can have a good sexual life I am with a great girl in college and want to be back normal again. I do run a lot because a runner but haven't too much but will stop until is normal! Hopefully prostatitis is all it is and will go away just hoping it isn't another cause making me have it such as a stricture but surely I wouldn't have it from that. I really appreciate it if anyone has this problem and sees this please let me know if goes away! And thank you Paderla I pray things will get better. I had this occur a month ago and 2 weeks later went to a doctor about it so hope caught it in time and going back like said this Tuesday only been off my antibiotics since Monday morning was my last pill. I seen average is 4-12 weeks on medicine. Thanks again!

Your symptoms could be due to prostatitis. The main source of infection to the prostate is a urinary tract infection or an infectious source in the urethra which backtracks into the prostate. Since you have been initiated on antibiotics this should have controlled the infection. But a follow up examination is important to see that the infection has cleared. Active exercises like cycling, jogging and horse riding are known to irritate the prostate and should be avoided.
