He said it happen after he was masturbating and accidentally had a cut on the penis, and after the wound was heal he began having the little lumps. What kind of disease could it be?

Hi,

I understand that this may be a little scary at first. But based on your initial post, the bumps seemed to be associated with the penile injury (is this correct?).This has been present for the past two years and there seems to have no further change or progression . If this is a bacterial  infection, redness, tenderness and swelling may be more abrupt in onset and would not last for years.

A consult with a dermatologist or urologist will be able to help just for initial assessment and evaluation. Refrain from unnecessarily touching or manipulating the area. Wash the area only with a  mild and bland cleanser and do not apply any medications until this has been thoroughly assessed.Applying medications without your doctor' supervision may only cause further irritation.

Hi,

This may be scar tissue. The lumps have been present for the past two years so i don't think this is something urgent. Is your friend worried about this?

An objective assessment through a penile ultrasound and a complete medical examination may suffice. Surgery may be indicated if the lumps enlarge and becomes symptomatic. You may discuss with the physician the posssibiliy that this  may be keloid formation.

How old is your friend?

Other differentials will be enlarged sebaceous glands or sweat glands and  blood vessels.A penile ultrasound may be able to help.

no, he doesn't have any sexual response, he said everything is normal just the lumps makes him feel bad about it. The cuts are very small, it's on the surface of the skin, but don't know why it became like a lump.

Hi,

Does your friend have any problems with sexual response ( erection and ejaculation)?

Has he mentioned any penile deformity or pain during erection?

These cuts in the peni , were these deep cuts that required surgical intervention?

Does he have any other lumps in other parts of the body especially in previously wounded areas?
