urine infection - still in pain after 4 different antibiotics

Hello, I have been dealing with a UTI for the past 2 months.I am an English women living in India. I had urine test and indicated few bacteria present so got antibiotic amoxicillin and doxicillin. The symptoms cleared quickly (although not 100%). However the day after I stopped taking the antibiotic they came back.I was in a rural area at the time and couldnt get correct test so a doctor gave me ampillin and cloxicllin to tide me over. Again some but not full relief. I then got a test which cultured klebsiella resistant to piperacillin, ceftriaxone, cloxacillin, amoxycillin, cotrimoxazole, cefoperazone, ceftazdidme and cephalexim.
Moderately sensitive to azithromicin, ofloxacin, levofloxacin, toramicin, amikacin, metilnmicin sulphate and linezolid.
I took azithromicin 250mg but didnt get good result so urologist gave injection of amikacin 750mg once a day. Felt good relief for 4 days but then urine frequency came back on day 5 and slowly got worse.I cant take floxacin type of antibiotic.

Now I have symptoms of painful urination, frequency / urgency, burning, and also persistant lower back ache, perineum ache and sacral pain. My last urine culture was negative and the urologist suggested maybe a bowel infection was making these symptoms but I have NO bowel symptoms. And if the symptoms go at the start of the antibiotic course and then come back doesnt that imply an infection otherwise antibiotics wouldnt relieve it?
However my lekocyte level is only4-6hpf and epithelial cells 15-20hpf. But a pus cell test the urologist said was nearly normal (not normal)
I am now fully confused what is going on - have I suddenly developed IC post infection or is there still a low grade infection not showing up? Should I do a morning urine sample in case that is more accurate?can perinium pain and sacral pain be related to UTI?
What other antibiotics could be tested that may help more because this is making life miserable to say the least.

With many thanks for your help!!!

thank you so much for the reply - I think keflex and tirmethroprim are abx my bacteria was resistant to. I just requested another urine test today as I want to make really sure that there is no infection...
What is a stricture? i also have post antibiotic thrush and wondering if that is what is aggravating the problem in some way??
it would be great if any urologist could also reply - i would really like to know  also what is considered a normal range of pus cells / leukocytes (is that the same thing?) in the urine as I am getting contradictive advice on that.

It sounds like IC if your latest culture test is negative. im not sure what eases the symptoms but make sure you drink nothing acidic. mind i have urethral buring atm as i had a UTI last tuesday and thrush followed it and its been dragging on and on, though i think i have a stricture which causes the pain..you may do, or there could be something else triggering the symptoms you are having that isnt an infection or IC.

Has the doctor tried cefalexin (keflex) or trimethroprim? thats what i normally get for my UTIs
