Double Hole

When I was 14 years old, now 25, circumcised, I noticed a second hole had formed under my penis beneath the head, along the urethra (almost like a small piercing) it was healed over, never bleed, small, no dripping of urine or semen. I thought it was from masturbating with hot tub jets (meaning the water pressure eventually formed a hole through my urethra and the skin, like a piercing).

But my new urologists said, last week, that it is nearly impossible, even if water pressure were going into my urethra it wouldn’t cause something like that.  But the hole wasn’t there before, honest!  I just figured after a multitude of times of doing it my penis just tore inside.   I finally got the balls to tell my parents after years of being ashamed and scared, and we’re now working on finding a solution. Continuing on…

I first noticed the hole when I felt a sharp sting inside my urethra. I never told anyone what I did with my friend but I said something about pain and of course the hole to my parents and urologist.  I didn’t emphasize the pain though, which is why I kept it all hidden.  I thought it would eventually heal or go away.  No problems with erections or masturbating, or urine flow, only stingy pain. Sometimes when I pee and sometimes not. Same with ejeculating

I’m still having a sharp pain for the past ten years in the area, which I thought was caused by masturbating to hot tub jets. I’m going in for a cystoscopy soon.  Also I’m still a virgin, but I used to do hand jobs with a friend a lot. I don’t think he did, but my friend may have given me oral sex,

Wondering if, I could have gotten oral herpes of some other STD in my urethra, but why would that cause that sort of stabbing pain, and no other pain or symptoms. Also was wondering if I could have gotten an STD or parasite that young through dirty hot tub water.  Should I get tested, can they even test for all that stuff years later, like herpes and warts?

My new urologist says I didn’t tear anything, cause there would have been blood and I would have gone to the ER from agonizing pain, the whole area still hurts, only a stinging pain, bee sting like. He also says that debris is nearly impossible. Can a cystoscopy tell if I have STDs or damaged caused by an STD, or small debris in the urethra?  It can sting when I pee or ejaculate or at random, no other symptoms.  He says it might be something with my prostate. But I don’t know, why on that day did it start hurting, the final day I used the hot tub to masturbate. It hurts in multiple areas toward the tip of my penis, but 99 percent of time it feels in the urethra.   And the pain hasn’t stopped. Also it can hurt in cold water.

The hole wasn’t there before, but I had it removed. My first urologist removed too much foreskin using a ellipse shaped incision, what appeared to be a dimes worth for a pin sized hole.  Now my lining is screwed up, my erections are tight and annoying. I wish I wouldn’t have done this.  Is it necessary to remove so much skin for something so small thing. What are my options to get more skin, I heard something about non-surgical foreskin restoration. I just need a little back for erections. Is that safe if slowly done?

I’m screwed. What would cause a consistent random stabbing pain in the area of the urethra toward the tip?   I finally got the balls to go the doctor in ten years cause I was embarrassed and ashamed. The pain has lessened and is less frequent over time but still occurs.

Sorry for so many questions but I would appreciate as much info as possible

Thank you so much

One time I stuck my **** so far down a hot tub jet it blew it right off and I saw it float to the top and I threw it an employee in the hotel and got kicked out of my room for the damage and I was left cockles on the street. I had all foreskin reinstalled my **** is now completely made of 12 inches of foreskin. Hope this helps.
