How are you structuring your weight loss plan? Personally, 3 small meals and 3 snacks helped me stay energized, kept my metabolism functioning well and left me full and satisfied. Seems funny, but it took eating more and eating regularly to lose weight.
What about your exercise plans? Finding a little time 4-5 times a week to exercise will be your best bet. Be sure to rest the other 2 days as our body needs time recoup. Please let us know if you need any suggestions in this area .. the community members are wonderfully supportive and have a wealth of knowledge.
