I have been struggling with my weight for years and can barely stand to look at myself. For twenty thats depressing. I am ready to change my life but have always had trouble sticking with something. Any tips on how to keep my goal in sight and stay focused to reach it?? Really appreciate any help I can get .

It's great that you have a good support system in place.  Having someone to work out with is a lot more fun than doing it alone; I envy you that part.

Thank you so much both of you I really appreciate it :) am working out with my aunt and two cousins who are like siblings to me they are really supportive rite now :) I will check out the links posted deffinitely!
