The last few weeks I have spent doing a couple hours of cardio a day, and eating small healthy meals. I gained two pounds and have seen no good results. I eat only healthy food, and I workout all the time, so why can't I lose any weight? It's like I physically just cannot do it. I didn't gain any muscle, because my clothes don't fit any differently. I jus feel like giving up. I've struggled with my weight my entire life, and I'm only 21. Anyone have any ideas? I'm pretty discouraged. I'm 5"4, 130 pounds. I'd like to weigh 110.
