HCG and Hair REGROWTH?

I just read Simeone's original manuscript. There was one sentence in there that says your hair doesn't fall out while doing the hcg treatment (like it doesn't fall out in pregnancy) and actually cured some patients that had alopecia (hair loss) BEFORE doing the hCG!  

I have a friend that lost all of his hair (head to toe), no joke!  Even his eyebrows and eyelashes!  I was going to recommend hCG to him to try, but wanted to have my ducks in a row before I actually suggested it.  It was pretty traumatic for him....changed his whole appearance!

What has been your experience on the hCG?  I am guessing Bass Master will know the answer!
