Gaining Muscle, but also inches and not losing lbs.

I have been working out for about 4 1/2 months now going to the gym at least 5 days per week doing an hour of cardio and 30 mins to a half hour of weight training. I am 24 and weigh 125 lbs, which i know is still considered healthy, but 7 months ago i was at 105, which i want to get back to. After a bad fall, i broke my neck and was on bedrest and ate nothing but junk and gained 20 lbs. I eat healthy (5 small healthy meals a day) now, and do low weights and high reps with all weight training. What am i doing wrong. I do not want to look like a body builder, and it seems like i'm heading that way.

Oh my goodness!! I am 17 and 5'2'' and exactly like this haha. Its super annoying - I eat they way you do and do the same kinds of exercise, but my thighs keep getting thicker instead of thinning out. I run like a maniac too! So yeah, somebody! Why am I getting thicker thighs instead of getting leaner?
