how can i lose weight before back surgery. Im 280 lbs and 5 ft 8 56 years old with diabetes.
I ride my life cycle every day. I walk every day about a mile or untile my leg gose numb. Im real worryed about this surgery there going to do a 3 disc fusion from L4-S1. Im not geting any younger i have diabetes im fat and i smoke im trying to stop smoking. I had a heart cath done in 07 they said it was normal. My triglycerides are 1900. I have sleep apnea. whats the odds of living through this kind of surgery. I worry about infection. There going to use cadaver bone and rods and screws. I have spondyolisthesis and stenosis.
