I was planning to follow through with the 3 days apple diet where all you have to do is eat as much apples as you want and drink water for the entire 3 days.
Supposedly, the fibres in the apples helps to flush all the toxins out of your body.
"Refresh and restart your digestive system" in a way.
Leaving you with not only "new and improved digestive system" lol but also smaller waistline (well no suprise there haha) and smoother skin.
Anyway, anyone done this diet before?
