Buddies...

Hi I hope I'm posting in right place but I just downloaded the diet mobile app to my iPhone and was wondering how I get buddies on it?
I need support from people who are also dieting to try and lose weight. I have no support from my family and friends because they are all thin and not worried about their weight or exercising.
I have a wedding to lose the weight for which is about 2 years away so I really want to have lost the weight before then. Plus I want to be healthier and fit into nice clothes not big baggy things that look horrible :(
I also want to be a good role moddle for my 3 little boys and show them that being healthy is good!
I'm 22 in 3 days and am over being over weight so I am really hoping getting some support will help me lose the weight.

Hi, thanks for replying, I am 156cm (think thats like 5'1"?) I weigh 97.4kgs (about 216 lbs) I'm literally a food addict, I try to eat smaller meals rather than trying to buy all healthy food cause I'm trying to keep everyone happy, for breaky I have a healthy sort of cereal called sports plus, lunch I have sometimes a sandwhich, sometimes 2 minute noodles, most of the time I skip this meal, tea I have either sausages/rissoles/crumb chicken/crumb steak with mash or the pastas u cook up that take 10 mins in the pan or well have spagetti bolognaise.
But we also have the habit of eating alot of pizza which I'm trying to stop.
with exercise I do a variety of things from using my elliptical for between 20mins - 1 hour, I also have a wii which I use a game called EA sports active 2.0 personal trainer which gives me a great workout for 25-30 mins. I sometimes go for a walk but need to be motivated to do that because I live in a very hilly area and going for a walk around here is extremely difficult. I have 3 kids, 6yrs, 2yrs and 3 mths so I am up and down looking after them all day an night.
I weighed 110kg on my 18th, 2 years after I had my first child, just before I fell pregnant with my 2nd I got my weight down to 84kgs but after having the baby I was put in a stressful situation which lasted 18 months and my weight went back up to 99.9kg and now after my 3rd I've started losin weight again and am down to 97.4kg. I weigh in every wensday and have a website which I try to blog on regularly.

I'm going to be 22 on the 28th so I'd just like to b healthy and slimmer for a change and I have my wedding coming up on the 14th of march 2014 and I'd like to fit a nice dress for that

We are all here to be your "buddy".  Most of us on this forum are trying to lose weight.  Some have specific dates they need to lose the weight by, others of us simply want to be healthy.  

Do you know if you have health issues that would cause you to not be able to lose weight?  Those could be hypothyroidism, insulin resistance, or PCOS, to name a few.

We are here to help you, so maybe if you tell us a bit about yourself, we can get started - what types/amounts of food you eat, types/amount of exercise you get, current height/weight, etc.
