Thank you for responding to my question, I'm excited to hear it's working for you! I've been on every diet imaginable and rollercoaster in my weight. This is my first time calorie counting and not restricting what I eat but how much I eat instead. Like you I was surprised howany calories I was consuming in a day!
I'm a guy who's definitely not a "diet" person, but came to the conclusion I'd be a lot better off if I lost 30 lbs. I've never tried an app like this. Its been great! I've found it's super easy to make smart choices when you're having to track what you're doing. It's hard to believe I was somehow eating 3000+ calories a day when I'm now consuming 1700. Starting my 3rd week and losing 3.5 lbs in esch of the first two weeks. Hang in there! It's a fantastic support app.
