you could exercise every day for about 10-20 minutes. Eat more vegetables less meat. Eat good portions and not to much. If you're still hungry drink water everyday cut out any caffeine! Mix it up! If you sit on the couch one day for the entire day then eat less, if you were active all day eat as much as you like. Do stretches also! : )Hope this helps.
