That's not a healthy way to lose weight as it does not allow for adequate nutrient intake to keep one healthy.
You can try it...the trick is make sure you pack healthy foods only to sustain your relentless hunger pain. Only eat when you feel the hunger pain AND STOP when pain goes away..the intake should equal two-three bites of food depending on your metabolism. This ritual will become easier as time passes and the weight rolls off like water....Water is free food..drink as much as you want.good luck.
I agree that if it were even possible - which I doubt - it's certainly not safe or healthy.
