Are you scared of carbs because of weight gain or you have like a phobia? If its due to the possibility of gaining weight, chill out babe. I went for a few years totally avoiding carbs and I lost weight! I ended up going through a bit of depression and started not caring about weight gain. Gained about 10 kilo's Now I'm on a diet and having some carbs. I feel much fuller and healthier for introducing it to my diet. I'm still losing weight. Slowly though because I am type 1 diabetic. I usually have a banana for breakfast, a sandwich for lunch with salad and on whole meal bread and then a low carb dinner- meat and vegies, usually cauliflower and broccoli. Don't be too scared of carbs. The good ones are great for overall health and energy. Keep to wholemeal though. No white anything! I'm sure you know to steer away from sugary foods too. Try not to take it to extreme. It works short term but doesn't last.
