Hello. I have a problem. The application for chrome: diet diary tells me that my goal calories per day is 621, but i know that it's not recommended eating less than 1000 calories per day. Is this a mistake or what?
You must have entered a goal time that is too soon. It calculates you calories based on bmr and goaltime. Also 620 doesnt mean 620 to eat it means u must burb off enough of what you eat that you are left with 620
