Vicodin surprisingly enough is absolutely okay to take during pregnancy. I got into a car accident in the beginning of my pregnancy (before I knew I was pregnant) and got prescribed vicodin and something else (can't remember what it was called) at my first prenatal appoinment I was scared that taking vicodin would of hurt the baby and my doctor said that it was fine it doesn't do anything to affect a pregnancy but that I needed to stop taking the other one. So you should be fine.
I don't think one pill is going to make a bit of difference. Look at Anna Nicole Smith, she took lots of meds and her baby is fine. Plus, I've personally known women who have taken different meds and it never caused birth defects. Now, if you were taking a lot of drugs daily and then some illegal drugs, that could cause a problem but one Vicodin, I would even think about anymore. You're going to be OK. Enjoy your pregnancy :o)
