After I had my twins my periods have not been the same

Right after I had my twins my periods was very very heavily I was told that was normal but they was getting better on the same time every month or close to it anyways after having sex with my bf for almost a yr now we had very long rough sex just bout every time and I would bleed only after we would have sex then he got locked up back in February and a month later give or take I started clotting really bad like huge clots would just fall out Everytime I pee could this be a miscarriage or just me getting older
