1st baby

Trying to get pregnant with my 1st baby and need some tips since my ovulation changes due to irregular. Periods

Thank you ladies and they are 28 days long I've been tracking them we been trying everyday once a day for the past two months so I'm gonna try the more vitamins and if u have any other suggestions please feel free to share them this is my very first go around

I agree with specialmom and also try any kind of alternative supplements that usually have vitamins and minerals to help you.

Hi there.  Welcome.  Having irregular periods definitely makes getting pregnant harder.  How long are your cycles?  Do you track them to know your 'average length"?  The best way to get pregnant is to start counting your cycle days from cycle day one--  which is the first day or your period.  On day 10, begin having sex every other day for 10 days or longer if your periods are longer than average.  That usually catches ovulation eventually.  good luck
