2 Miscarriages, problems getting pregnant again?

I've already had two miscarriages, both within the first trimester. Do you think I'm going to have trouble getting pregnant later on? I'd really like to get pregnant within the next year and a half, but I'm too scared that I'm just going to be disappointed again. Every night for the last couple months I've been having dreams about being pregnant and so happy. It really gets me down. But yes, my question is is there an increased risk of me having another miscarriage because I've already had two?

Would a suture be painful? I'll do anything to keep a pregnancy.
