20yrold virgin(bleeding)

Please excuse my spelling I'm on my mobile phone. I am 20yrs old and still a virgin. I started my cycle when I was ten. Since day one they was always inreggular. Starting a yr ago I've been bleeding non stop wearing a pad all day everyday which is depressing! Within the past week my bleeding has started to. Pick up big huge. Blood. Cloats. The blood ordor is starting to get strong and the blood is darker. Red. Yes I've been to da doc they tried birthcontrol pills didn't help. I don't have insurance and scared for my life. My biggest fear is losing my virginity to a hostpital instrument tool and not myboyfriend. I know they have to open me up down there to see. Do anyone know what can be the problem I'm just so stress out. Oh and another thing I am overweight and my mom was dignose with ovarian cancer in 98 and she had similar problems!

I have had simlar problems myself. Even though you are not insured i would still try to press for an answer as you are at very high risk. If the bleeding is very heavy to the point of very large clots or it starts to run( in a water like manner) then you should go straight to  A & E. With family history of cancer and the chance of infection you shouldn't take any chances, the hospital staff will do their upmost to ensure you are not hurt or uncomfortable. On the virginity side of things even if they do prob abit it doesn't mean your not a virgin anymore, you'll still be a virgin until you have sex so try not to worry to much about it.

You really need to see a doctor and get a proper diagnosis.  It might just be a uterine polyp, but it does take a procedure to get rid of them.  I wouldn't suspect cancer automatically.  Can you do anything to get insurance?  Or some kind of county or state health help?  As for not wanting to have an instrument open you instead of your boyfriend, a) don't let a fear like that cause you not to go to the doctor, and b) it is less of a thrill than you might imagine to have someone's penis open your hymen the first time.  So many women report their first time was painful.  Having it happen in the course of a minor surgical procedure like a D&C would be preferable to the way it happened my first time.
