21 yr old female w/ strange symptoms, please help, sick and tired of being sick and tired

I am a 21 year old female, 120 pounds and I have several health conditions that are concerning me.. I am always in and out of the doctor's office and always in some kind of pain. First of all I will let you know I'm taking Soma and Vicodin 10mg for pain. Zoloft and Xanax for anxiety and depression. And my Symptoms are as follows: First off as of 3 months ago my hips starting hurting. Anytime I do anything active I always pay for it for about 3 days. Then came the other joint pain, fingers, knees, rotator cuff on one side. My spine and neck always hurt, prominantly in the morning after I wake up.Then I have had a severe pain in my stomach as well as the left side of my lower abdomen. It used to only come about during my period, but after the past 2 cycles its been whenever I get consitipated or have diahrrea, period or not. I get bruises that take more than a month to disappear, minor bruises. And finally I get bouts of vertigo. When I have these bouts I will sometimes break out in a cold sweat... I dont think this is normal, my doctors dont think this is normal.. but yet they have no idea what could be wrong with me. I dont have the typical symptoms of rhematoid artharitis, i have had a ct scan that came back negative except for a small cyst on my left side, (which they said would only affect me during my period. but when i drink I feel it act up) i had a series of blood tests and xrays of my hips and spine that came back normal as well.... Just frustrated and want to be able to be active again like a young person should.. Please help if you can! Thanks!

have you asked about Fybra Myalgia? it seems to parallel a lot of the symptoms you are talking about, including the intense wide-spread pain over your body. You may wish to ask them to refer you to a neurologist, or a pain specialist. They can run more conclusive tests and help you determine what's happening....your doctors should be more aggressive in trying to help you determine what's happening. Good luck
