A Yeast Infection...but not?

I've been experienceing some yellow vaginal discharge and slight itchyness (in only one spot).  It smells sometimes, especially after I work out, but is really just a nuisance that soils my undergarments everyday.  I was curious if anyone else has experienced this?

I've been to the OBGYN and she couldn't find what was going on down there.  I've used a pH balancer called RepHresh, and it seems to do the trick for like a day or two.  I just want it gone for good!  Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks.

I experienced the same thing, just discharge and very slight itching, not much at all, and I was told it was a yeast infection, but if your doc said no, than thats odd. I dont really know what RepHresh is, but maybe try an over the counter yeast infection treatment.  But if you do, I recommend using the 7-day treatment, not the one day or three day treatment, they just dont work that well.  Sorry I couldnt be more help.
