A small lump on the inside of the labia majora, please help.

I have a ball like thing under my skin located on the labia majora. It isn't red or itchy around the area and all I see is skin. But i can see a tiny lump and I could feel it as well. It didn't hurt at first, but now it's slowly starting to feel a little bit painful. It can't be moved. I have history of hernia where I had surgery and the doctor had to removed 2 cysts. I'm thinking it's a just a boil or something in the inside, but the outside skin is a normal color and doesn't look like. I'm just wondering if any of you could tell me what it could be. Please, and thankyou.

Well, no one on the internet will be able to diagnose you.  Believe it or not, it could be an ingrown hair.  Or a little harmless cyst.  Playing around with it doesn't help and may be why it is now getting painful.  Also, we can cause an infection messing with something due to bacteria on our fingers.  So, try to leave it alone.  You can always see a doctor and that would be wise if you are concerned.  Hernias really wouldn't form in your labia so that is not a worry.  good luck
