Period five days late, severe abdominal pain, HTP negative?

I am having Abdominal Pain, Late period, Negative pregnancy test.

Periods can be late.  This happens for a variety of reasons including stress, changes in routine, weight gain or loss, illness or what appears to be nothing at all.  Hormones fluctuate.  I'd wait a full week and then take another test.  Doubtful you are pregnant as those tests are pretty accurate but test in a week to see if you get another negative.  good luck and let us know
