Abnormal bleeding

I am very worried that something is severely wrong with me.  I have been having lower back pain which radiates to the front lower abdomen on the left side for weeks.  Last week it got so bad I was nauseous, had the chills, and a fever.  The pain has gotten better during the week so I figured maybe it was a kidney infection or uti I was recovering from.  The other night I attempted to have sex with my boyfriend and bled all over the place.  No pain, just blood.  I'm not due for my period.  My boyfriend wiped some of the blood off of his hands and there were clots so it kind of seemed like period blood.  As soon as the sex stopped so did the bleeding.  Anyway, I am really worried, I can't get in to the gyno for a week and they said since I am not bleeding that there is no emergency.  I haven't been to a gyno in many many years so I'm sure I have multiple issues and to top it off I don't have health insurance.  Anyone have any idea what this might be?  Fibroids?  Polyp?  Infection?  Thanks

hi i just wanted to say that i am having the same exact problem.i dont know if you have your tubes tied but im 26 and i have two little girls. after my second one i went and got my tubes tied. i really havent had any problems until just recently which is the same thing that you are going through right now with the bleeding after sex with no pain and not being time for your menstral. when i went to my doctor she told me that it was a cyst from what she could feel in the ovaries but she could not really determine how big and bad things were. she has no idea where the cyst came from and told me that if it gets any worse that it could cause a hystoectomy. i really wanted to have another baby so my question is if i do have to have a surgery to remove this cyst how much more likely is it for me to try to get pregnant again knowing i have my tubes tied. is it still possible to get pregnant again. does anyone have any suggestions for me cause i really want to have one more.
