Abnormal period

I haven't had my period in 4 months, and this is normal for me. I know I'm not pregnant. There is no chance. But I feel all of the symptoms as if I am on my period, just no actual period. Is this normal? Does anyone know a way to regulate your period besides birth control? I have been very sick lately and I think it's part of the fact that my period is so irregular.

Stress can contribute. Perhaps get tested for polycystic ovarian syndrome. In which I have. I get my period every 3-4 months if im lucky. But the lining in your uterus builds up and may cause the pains since your eggs arent releasing properly. Talk to your doctor or a gynecologist.
