Hi there,
I thought I had a long term yeast infection (a couple of months now), but my discharge seems to have a slight yellow-green tinge to it which is not normal. I have always had a slightly milky discharge in my underwear but now it is quite thick and chunky, not thin or watery unless I'm aroused. It is also not itchy, I just find myself scraping it out in the shower. It has a smell, not awful but sort of like what a seashell might smell like, and slightly vinegary.
I am worried my sex partner may have been sleeping with others; there's no sure way to know, could I have an STD? Other possibilities are that I for the last few months or more have been douching every night with an enema bulb and shower water (occasionally with water + apple cider vinegar). I also have ulcerative colitis so I do get abdo pain and rectal bleeding already but more recently had a few period-like pains too. I use the contraceptive pill to skip my period and have not had one in a year or more.
Any thoughts would be appreciated and I will be getting to the clinic as soon as I can afford.
