Aches and pains

Ok I'm back to ask another question. For the past 3-4 days I've had headaches every day that come and go throughout the day. I've also had lower back pain, which is probably causing the headaches..I'm not sure though. And today I've just felt like **** (best word I know how to describe it as), with my lower back hurting and I've just feel like throwing up, but haven't reached that point yet thankfully. Anyone have any advice of how to lessen the pain? tylenol doesn't really seem to help with my headaches. Or what could be causing all of this? Thanks.

A lot of different things could cause these symptoms, with two of either being of the pre-menstrual or pregnancy variety. For PMS, I've found that those heating pads that you can throw in the microwave for a few minutes really works well, along with plenty of rest, fluids, healthy food, and aspirin. Tylenol never works for me, neither does Midol. Aleve worked wonders, but I've heard both good and bad effects from it.

The best thing to do is see a doctor if this is out of nowhere, and especially if you're not expecting pregnancy or your monthly cycle at this time. Good luck and feel better!

Thanks, I'll have to try that if it keeps it up. I'm not expecting AF until sometime next weekend (30th-2th). Thanks again.
