Bad Skin Pls Help!

Hello i'm not sure if this is the right section i'm posting but here goes, I have a problem which i'm not comfortable for anyone to see about at all, this is my last resort pls help!
I have very bad skin in my inner thigh area in the pubic area. Not the pubic area itself just the inner thigh area right below it. It is very dark and spotty with blackheads and cysts.
It started in puberty and has never left since, it has really damaged my confidence and I find it difficult to be with a man intimately because of it, when the relationship gets to that stage I just break off because I feel afraid and ashamed if he sees how ugly I am down there. The rest of me is fine and healthy I have no health problems. I do sometimes get a few spots only on my face but when I eat healthy they dissappear and I don't get spots anywhere else on my body, I am beautiful and always get told so. It is just this area which I am desperate to look normal.
I know some of it has to do with my weight because over the years being so confused hurt and upset over why my skin is so bad down there I have gained weight since my teens and that has just made it worse, I am not overly obese but I am a bit overweight and I have noticed that when I eat healthly and lose the weight it reduces/improves but still it never really goes away, it's always still dark spotty and blotchy there no matter how lean I get that i've given up. I don't go on holiday to hot countries anymore because when my friends are all lying on the beach they don't understand why i'm not and i'm sick of lying and appearing weird, but I can't wear a bikini or even small shorts because then the dark area in between is clearly visible, I can only wear long shorts on holiday. It is also not because of hygiene reasons because I am a very clean person I wash myself regularly all the time but nothing changes I just don't know what else to do. The weight has made it worse yes but still its always there.
Please please help me! I just want my skin down there to be normal and clear like everywhere else on my body.

p.s. i'd jus like to add I was recommended thuja 200c but it didn't work, also if I can only know if there is a name for what I have that would be very helpful is this some sort of a condition that has a name? Also to say that the area affected is not the genitals or even the joints in which the leg connects to the genitals they are 100% fine, it is just the area directly below the genital, the inner thighs.

Hello! I was reading your post and I'm in the same situation.  I would love to go see a dermatologist but it's so much $$.  How are you doing now? Have you gotten any useful tips you can pass along? I would really appreciate any info.

I would suggest you see a dermatologist. There are many new medications that I am sure can help fix your problem. I know that I have adult acne and was treated with a variety of creams that never seem to help. I finally changed my dermatologist and this doctor put me on a diuretic and it has really cleared my skin up.
