Miscarriage or not

I'm so confused, I was 6 weeks pregnant and my levels were 1500 I started getting pains and went to the dr they did blood work again and my levels dropped to 14oo they said I was having a miscarriage , a few days later I started bleeding and cramping then my levels were at 600 testerday I went in for my check up and they said my levels rose to 900!!!! What's goin on

Good morning and thank u, I inly had cramping for one dag and a half, they never did a sonogram until the day they found out I miscarried. I've heard of that that it could be twins I havnt cramped anymore but do spot still, I have more blood work done today I should know by tomoro

They also do a scraping of your uterus to ensure that nothing was left behind. Did they do that to you? It just doesnt make sense that they would just send you home, they didn't do that to me without scraping to make sure nothing was left behind that could cause more damage.

Could there be the possibility of twins and maybe miscarriage of one of them? Usually when you miscarry you have more than just 2 days of cramps and bleeding...it really, really hurts! When you did bleed was it heavy or was it kinda like a normal period? When I miscarried it was heavy, a lot of clotting, and hurt very bad. Did you do a pregnancy test? I know it may sound weird, but if you are still pregnant it should show up, right? Like I said in the beginning did anyone mention the possibility of twins??

Sunday and Monday I bled and had bad cramps but it went away Monday at noon, my levels were 1500 3 days later it's 1400 by the next day 600 now 827

The lab test different?  I mean that don't make sense... r u still bleeding?  Did u have an clots? I heard miscarriage really hurts.  N like a huge blood clot did u experience any of that?

The dr asst is the one who called to tell me, she said the dr thinks maybe the labs test differently, I've never heard of such a think

Did u ask the doctor?  I mean it's kinda confusing to be honest..  I'd get checked maybe do an ultrasound n see what going on best of luck hun
