just got off my monthly period and it was two weeks and now three days later it is back i do have the nexplanon in my arm it is past its 3 years but my doc said i could go one more year is this the reason y i am having problems

It could be! Definitely see your doctor as your hormones are out of sorts and you are having more bleeding than you should. Let us know what the doc says!
