Bleeding more than usual

I need help. I already had my period a week ago. I ended up spotting a couple days longer and now I'm bleeding again. It says I'm not suppose to start again for another 20 days or so. Does anyone have any advise?

Could it be fibroids? Maybe something to bring to your doctor. I have fibroids and that is happening to me too.
