I have a few spots on my inner thigh that became darker than my regular skin tone after I got pregnant. I thought it would go away after giving birth but it did not. Decided to give dermal md lightening serum a try. I've only been using it for a little over a week. So not too much difference is noticible yet as it says it takes at least a month to see a difference. I read some of the other reviews about reactions developing and I can say I have not developed any negative reaction to dermal md serum and I have extremely sensitive skin. I'm really hoping that this dark patch lightens up after prolonged use.
I am only 16 and I have the same exact thing. They sometimes disappear and then show up again as more than before. Has anyone had any luck finding anything?

I am experiencing the same issue..the spots began on my neck and started spreading. Chest, under breast now inner thighs. I have been to family practitioner, and 3 different dermatologist. I have had 2 biopsies and no one can tell me what it is.. Have you guys had any luck?
Well i just found this post and i can tell you for sure they arent age spots. I am 20 years old and i have the exact same problem you have. I have been searching the internet for ideas of what the hell it could be from. I am 7 1/2 months pregnant right now and they started showing up around 3 or 4 months of my pregnancy so I thought it was from that but I guess its not. I started off with only a few and they were alot lighter, I keep getting more and they are darker now. They don't hurt and are completely flat but they are gross to look at... I know this post was from like 4 years ago but if you have any current knowledge of what it could be post back.
Sounds like age spots to me. I am certainly no dr but from the sounds of that is what I thought. Like Christie said if you need to just go see your dr but if they are not bothersome save your money LOL!!!!!!!!!! Good Luck.
p.s. Christie has a good head on her shoulders and KNOWS what she is talking about. Take Care.
Please be aware that no one here can diagnose you with anything; you must see doctor in person for that.
It won't hurt to try OTC remedies, but if they don't help and you are bothered by the spots, do see a doctor. Sounds like they don't bother you much, but you would just like to see them gone. A consult with a family practitioner would not be terribly expensive (probably $75 or so), and most will keep the cost as low as possible if you explain your situation; even offering free samples of medications sometimes. The worst place to go for care is to an emergency room or urgent care. They are the most expensive. A dermatologist is fairly expensive, too...but if this is a simple skin problem, family practice docs usually see a wide range in their practices.
Good luck to you!
