theres something moving in my stomach but i dont think its a baby?
im 18 female, and i havent had any children, got a blood test and many urine pregnancy tests but all come back negative. except i can feel something moving in my stomach and it hurts sometimes and it feels really weird, uncomfortable would be a better word for this. sometimes when i lay down my stomach mimicks my heartbeat? i feel nausea's sometimes and lately i have been waking up in the night and not being able to get back to sleep for a while. my stomach also grumbles a fair bit especially at night when im laying down, sometimes the nausea and pain passes when i open my boeels or pass gas either end, can anyone help?
i had tapeworms in my stool about 3 months ago when i was in London, and I took worming tablets, and I have also had a colonscopy and a gastroscopy but everything came back normal :/
