Bump in my pubic hair

I have a bump in my pubic hair, outside of my vagina, and it been there for a while now, like a year or more. It doesn't really do anything, but it does get irritated and hurt sometimes. However today it started bleeding. Not massive amounts or anything, but it hurts when I move or walk or even turn in bed. I'm still a virgin, so I wouldn't think its herpes. Can anyone help me?

Also, I don't shave, so that's not a cause either.
