Burning after sex

I am 17 years old. My boyfriend and I have had sex a handful of times. Not always, but the majourity of the time after we have sex I have a burning sensation around my clitoris and it hurts to pee. I recently had a UTI after he and I had sex. I had finished taking my medication two days prior to having sex again with him. I'm still pretty new to sex and I'm not sure if it's my inexperience, his size, or something a little more serious. We always use condoms, I will be getting birth control soon. I think I'm pretty well lubed, but I could be that I'm not as well lubed as I thought. It didn't hurt during and I make sure to urinate after sex to flush out any bacteria. I also seem to have small cuts on the right lip of my clitoris and some swelling on the left. I also has some tenderness to the breasts, and this is a new symptom. I'm thinking that this is just due to not wearing a bra when I almost always wear one. (I even sleep in a bra.)
Sorry for this being a tad lengthy, I just want as much information out there so that I can receive informed answers.

We basically stick to missionary or doggy style. Both are fine with me. It only hurts afterwards. I'm pretty sure I'm well hydrated, though I will keep that thought in mind from now on. Thanks.

perhaps you should try some positions that are more comfortable to you. Does it hurt when you are having sex or just after? And also are you well hydrated?

Yeah, they are lubricated. And as far as I know I have no allergies to latex. At least not gloves or balloons, but it might be possible that I'm a little mores sensitive down there...

Are the condoms lubricated condoms?  That might help with the lube issue.  Also, it might possibly be a reaction to the condom itself -- do you have any allergies to latex?
