Burning orgasm?

First off I’ve been on accutane for about 3 months now, 20mg twice a day.  The last 2 times I’ve had an orgasm (from masturbation)  it has felt like a burning sensation and it’s painful. It stings terribly. Since I’ve been on accutane tampons have also been impossible to use, they either won’t go in at all or if they are in I feel it and it hurts. I’ve never had these issues before. Can someone tell me what’s going on? Will this be permanent? I’m 15 and I’m very worried.
