I am tryn to get pregnant, but everytime my boyfriend "goes" inside of me I end up with BV. :( Help!!!!!!

BV is a bacterial infection of the vagina, also known as gardnerella or bacterial vaginosis. It can be cured with antibiotics, but does require a doctor visit. The problem with it is that if it is ignored, it can spread and cause pelvic inflammatory disease, and that is serious, since p.i.d. can cause infertility.

Has he been on antibiotics for the BV when you were? My doctor says a couple can pass BV back and forth if they are not treated at the same time.
