Can I get pregnant?

Can I get pregnant if I'm not ovulating? Or do I have to be ovulating? Confused....

You have to ovulate to get pregnant.

I think the real question is do you know when you are ovulating.  I think that is the confusion.  There are great websites that will calulate the dates in which you are ovulating and most likely to get pregnant according to your menstral cycle.  Also, at the Dollar Store you can get Ovulation Tests.

Yeah I have a ovulation calendar I use, but the confusion is that ppl keep telling me that the best time is when you are ovulating and other ppl tell me a couple days before my period...well which is it?????

Oh, sorry...now I see. It's actually a good idea to BD a day or two before ovulation. Sperm can live about 72 hours in the vagina, so they can be ready and waiting once ovulation occurs. But, if you BD one day before or the day of ovulation, then your timing is good.
