Can i swim on my period

Ok so today is my last day of my period (day 5) and i have a spotting of blood only so can i swim or i mustn't?

Hi there.  Yes you can swim.  You would be best to wear a tampon.  To clarify, your period doesn't stop or 'stay inside you'.  You will still have your period even in water.  However, by the end of your cycle at day 5, your bleeding is probably fairly light.  Do you or are you allowed to use tampons?
