Can vaginal tearing cause an miscarrage?

I was about 2 weeks pregnant and my husband and I were having sex and he tore me. I was bleeding alot and I was wondering if it could cause a miscarrage or anything like that.

You know he tore you, and you know you are 2 weeks pregnant for sure?  I assume you mean it is about the time for your period and it didn't come?  (This is what doctors would call 4 weeks pregnant, and is the earliest a pregnancy can be detected on a pregnancy test.  It's two weeks from presumed conception, but four weeks from your last period, which is how doctors count pregnancy.)  If you are really pregnant, he could have hit your cervix and caused it to bleed, which is why I was asking if you know he 'tore' you.  Anyway, if you know it is vaginal tearing that is causing the bleeding, no, nothing about the vagina will dislodge an embryo in the uterus.  But if you are around the time when a period would come, are you sure it's not your period?

not sure but tearing is never good you need to call your doctor to see what you should do and you might need something to prevent infections
