is it safe to take 3 Trust pills a day?
I and my bf have done unprotected sex last Jan. 25, and I take 3 Trust pills (Ferrous Fumarate) after 3 days, Jan. 27.. Is it safe that I take 3 pills a day? Pls help me, i dont want to get pregnant coz im not ready.. Is there any possibility that i will get pregnant? how can i prevent this unwanted pregnancy? Is this pill effective in preventing pregnancy?

That doesn't sound safe to take multiples of that pill and I dont even know what it is. But what you can take is plan b, you can get it at walmart target and walgreens right next to the condoms which you should be buying as well. They used to make you get it from the pharmacy but now it's on the shelf. Only take ONE within 72 hours of sex. Do not keep taking them every time you have sex, they are not meant to use as birth control ONLY as a back up emergency! You need to use protection, there are many forms besides condoms and birth control please educate yourself and stop popping pills to prevent pregnancy I dont wanna see you get sick. More about plan b - it is one pill that prevents pregnancy. It does not abort a baby if you are already pregnant before taking it. It works the best within 72 hours of the sex, after that the chances go down of it working. It can make your period late and it can give you cramps and it can give you an upset stomach.
maam may i ask. after the day you had sex with your partner and you said you take 3 pills after 2 days. what happen then? then you get pregnant or not?

zerg6511, there are pills a woman can take up to 72 hours after having sex, that will prevent the embryo from implanting in the uterus. They are commonly called a "morning after" pill. In the United States, they are called "Plan B." They are meant to be emergency contraception, for events like a condom breaking, or unexpected sex of some other kind that resulted in unprotected contact. They aren't meant to be used regularly, like birth control pills. But they do exist in many countries. I think extremely religious places, where this would be seen as an abortion, would not allow them to be sold. In the US they are sold at the pharmacy.
Oh, and if your question was in particular to the woman who first wrote this thread years ago, apparently she did not get pregnant. This can happen from the pill she took, or it can happen because she just naturally didn't get pregnant from the sex she was worried about.

kwak, you're still within the window for Plan B to be effective, even if you had sex as long ago as the morning of January 25. If you had sex the evening of Jan 25 you're well within the effective window.

But sins the plan B has to be taken 72h after sex and she had sex the 25 and its almost the 28 isent it to late??? But I guess its worth the try
You can buy it at any drug store. CVS, riteaid, walgreens. You should really get on some type of birth control of you don't want to get pregnant.
