bleeding and soreness during sex

i'm clean and do regularly health tests, this is my second sexual partner who is slightly bigger than my first, previous doctors have said i have a small vagina, my current partner is also clean.

we have sex on a regular basis, and we build each other up to the state of arousal, after about 5 minutes of penatrive sex, i begin to get sore around the lips around the vagina opening which then leads to bleeding from a unknown location. This is a turn off for me personally and spoiling my sex life although my partner is not concerned.

Is anyone else having similar problems or what may be going on?

any information would be greatly appreciated, thanks

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
These symptoms can be due to trauma during intercourse. Indulge in plenty of foreplay or use water based lubricants like KY jelly before and during intercourse.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
