Hi there.  Well, that does sound bad.  Vomiting is a reaction to serious pain I've had myself but that has been things like childbirth or a traumatic injury . . .  not my monthly cycle!  Is this new?  I did pass a simple cyst once which was very painful in terms of cramping and pains during my cycle.  I have cramps now that are painful but not to the extreme of throwing up.  Does ibuprofen help?  This is a good cure for menstrual pain.  So, I think it would be wise to see your doctor and describe this pain and get their recommendation.  Sounds outside of normal.  good luck
