Constantly feeling sick

Can anyone tell me why I feel really sick all the time. I feel really nausea no matter. I dont have to eat anything and i feel that way. It worst when I eat though. Its like I want to throw up but I dont. There has been a couple of time that I have gaged and thought i was going to but i didnt. I feel like this almost all day. It worst in the morning adn at night. I dont know someone said I could be pg but i think its too early to take a test. Should I go the doctor or am i just over thinking this?

Some women do feel symptoms of pregnancy very early on.  I would take a test.

Also I just dont feel like myself. Im always tired and my legs hurt. I feel bloated and full all the time even when I dont eat. I dont know. I know the pain in my legs are not due to lack of water because i drink about 60 oz a day. my breast hurt a little and they feel like they are getting a little bigger.
